· monitor maintenance needs and contractors’ performance throughout the rooms, public areas, front of house and back of house · fulfil service requirements promptly and with a positive approach · build and maintain a working environment where staff are fully trained, supportive of each other and competent · supervise all functions of housekeeping, including rostering, assigning tasks, stock takes, monitoring guest supply and requests, recording room losses and implementing corrective actions
